ADHD counselling for women
Understanding yourself without judgement
I offer ADHD-aware, neurodiversity-affirming counselling for women in Farnborough and online, including those who are undiagnosed, recently diagnosed or diagnosed later in life.
Feeling understood matters
ADHD is more than a professional interest for me. It is personal. I was diagnosed later in life after years of wondering why some things seemed so much harder for me than they did for other people.
That experience shapes the calm, accepting space I offer. You do not need to justify how your mind works or arrive with the right words.
What we can explore
Counselling can give you room to understand your experiences, recognise patterns and consider what genuinely supports you.
- Overwhelm, anxiety and feeling unable to keep up
- Masking, self-criticism and the pressure to appear capable
- Identity and emotions before or after an ADHD diagnosis
- Relationships, boundaries and communicating your needs
Sessions at your pace
Sessions are collaborative and shaped around what matters to you. There is no pressure to follow a fixed programme or to know where to begin.
I offer 50-minute sessions face-to-face in Farnborough and online. Sessions cost £60.
