We begin where you are

My own experience of counselling showed me how valuable it can be to have someone alongside you. That experience has shaped the way I work and the kind of relationship I try to build with my clients.

You can expect warmth, steadiness and curiosity. Together, we can explore what is happening now and any earlier experiences that still affect you, at a pace that feels right for you.

When life feels harder to carry

Counselling for anxiety and overwhelm

You may be caught in overthinking, struggling with confidence or finding relationships difficult. Perhaps something has changed and left you feeling unlike yourself. Counselling offers space to explore what is happening for you.

ADHD in women

Understanding without judgement

My interest in ADHD is informed by both my professional work and personal understanding.

I have a particular interest in women who are undiagnosed, recently diagnosed or diagnosed later in life. You may appear capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside, or feel that you are simply not trying hard enough.

I offer an understanding and ADHD-aware space where we can talk honestly about what is difficult and explore what may help, without judgement.
